The largest category of bank owned homes is between $100,000. & $200,000. which comprises 43.2% of the total.

Foreclosures priced between $200,000. and $300,000. make up about 19% of the total.

The $300,000. to $500,000. price range makes up about 10.2% of bank owned real estate.

Bank owned properties $500,000. and above account for approx. 3.5% of all bank owned foreclosurees.

So although there is bank owned real estate in all Oregon price ranges, you are likely to have the greatest choice in the $100,000. to $200,000. range.
